Department of Superior Dishes Return & Refund Policy

The Department of Superior Dishes would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Full Wallet credits will only be given out with proper photo proof or on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be issued for inaccurate addresses. With proper photo evidence and investigation by our customer service team, refunds can be expected when: the wrong item was shipped, item is spoiled, item is not received. 

If the tracking information says “delivered” but the customer did not receive it, we will provide a one-time refund. If this happens, we suggest altering the delivery address or closely following the next tracking information. 

For Gift Givers

If the treats are not redeemed by the recipients within the given period of time (you can set an expiration date as the deadline for your treat), then the amount gets credited back to your Wallet (at no additional fee) or to your original method of payment (fees apply).

For Gift Recipients

Due to the edible nature of food and beverages, we do not accept returns. *We will not be able to issue a refund without photo proof.

If you feel you have received a faulty product, please email us at hi@superiordishes.com with your order number and relevant photos. 

This return policy is applicable for US orders only. 

Kitchen Stadium/Department of Superior Dishes reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Policy

Shipping price is included in the product retail price at a flat rate. Shipping is pre-set based on the type of product (i.e. overnight if perishable, ground for non-perishable, etc). 

Orders are passed to the vendor when your treat is approved by your gift giver. Once the order is sent, Vendors will ship the product within 1-5 business days. Most products should be received within 3-10 business days of ordering.
