If a dish is known to be the best in the region
We don't just let the reviews speak for themselves. We thoroughly examine every morsel and crumb to ensure it is superior in every way, from the sensations it arouses in the tastebuds to the emotions it stirs upon completion, to other intangible qualities only someone familiar with the complexities of the human palate would grasp.
